Scholarship Applications

Scholarships are awarded to qualified candidates for the Creative Journal Expressive Arts Institute™ certification training program.

Scholarships dispersals are limited to $500 total. In order to apply, make sure this form is fully completed. All applications will be reviewed by the Project Insight board of directors for final approval. You will be notified as soon as possible once your application has been approved or not.

How are you utilizing the CJEA methods now, and what are your goals for the future?

If volunteer activities are available, would you be willing to contribute 8 hours of volunteer time? This would be in an effort to support the goals and mission of Project Insight, to continue to pay it forward.

Examples of activities might include: - Teaching at Vet TRIIP - Joining or assisting the Project Insight board - Co-facilitating or assisting practitioners in workshop presentations
